The Patient Roster Report contains a list of all patients currently admitted to the facilities within your scope and restricts the report to a specific date range. Users may sort the report by treatment setting, treatment type, patient’s name (in order of last, first and middle initial) and patient’s CROWN ID.


The Network recommends verifying the Patient Roster Report at least once quarterly in the months of February, May, August, and November. The date ranges for each month are:

The verifying requirements are:

  • Resolve any alerts listed for the patient.
  • Verify the patient details accuracy, and make changes in the CROWNWeb and/or corporate system.
  • Verify admission details accuracy, and make changes in the CROWNWeb and/or corporate system.
  • Verify discharge details accuracy, and make changes in the CROWNWeb and/or corporate system.
  • Verify treatment accuracy, and make changes in the CROWNWeb and/or corporate system.
