In an effort to support Tier 1 Data Managers - individuals or groups that manually enter patient and facility details directly into CROWNWeb, or those affiliated with an organization that electronically uploads information on behalf of a Medicare-certified facility - with their CROWNWeb Task List, there are two (2) distinct Help Desks to which facilities can reach out for data support. The below lists detail to which Help Desk Tier 1 Data Managers should reach out based on the nature of their inquiry or support requested.

QualityNet Help Desk

Handles issues related to access to and back-end processing in CROWNWeb, including but not limited to:

  • Locked accounts preventing access to CROWNWeb
  • Inaccurate data presented on the EQRS Facility Dashboard
  • Changes to submitted forms, i.e. 2728, 2746, and 2744
  • Patient merge requests
  • Error reports
  • EIDM/QARM Registration
  • EIDM/QARM password changes

  • Escalated Notifications & Accretions (Facility Action List)
  • Resolution of System Discharges
  • Possible Duplicate Patients
  • Provision of Master Account Holder (MAH) Credentials
  • Entry of New Facilities into CROWNWeb
  • Guidance/Assistance with Admits/Discharges, Gap Patients, PART Verification, Missing Clinical, etc.
